The seat is quite comfortable and a piece of artwork in itself. I am referring to the comfort factor, as one feels as though not on a bicycle as much as a moving couch! The gear ratio on the 8 speed is fabulous and all that anyone would ever want or require. This particular bike, this Dutch one, is a Cadillac-like model. In the 1980’s I was a bicycle messenger in Washington DC and since then have continued to ride many different styles and types of bikes that have been in fashion here in North America. I have to sing out glorious praises for this sturdy, beautiful and functionally very smart bicycle. Steven and Xander were communicative, kind, exhibiting professionalism coupled with occasional humor, all to make me feel as though I were their only customer! A truly lovely experience and with incredible nanosecond speed in all areas 😉 It is a very rare experience anymore to have such good customer service.
